At the callback inspection on 6/17/15, observed the temperature of the pizza sauce left at room temperature is 57-66°. And this pizza sauce is still not on the non-potentially hazardous food list for the state of Florida. - From follow-up inspection on 2016-03-22: Observed pizza sauce on a prep table with a temperature of 62°F. Observed 4 containers of pizza sauce stored under the same prep table with a temperature range of 54°F-88°F. This pizza sauce is not on the non-TCS food list provided by the State of Florida.
